A council-owned ‘spy car’ designed to catch people parking their vehicles unlawfully has been snapped travelling over the speed limit. Dorset police officers recorded the parking enforcement camera car travelling at 36mph in a 30mph area, handing the driver a £100 on-the-spot fine and three penalty points on their licence, according to the Bournemouth Echo. Qoros has announced it will showcase two concepts alongside its first production car, the GQ3 compact sedan, at this year's Geneva motor show. The Cross Hybrid Concept and Estate Concept preview future Qoros designs and technologies and are both based on the same platform as the GQ3.
